This is company is a fraud. They act as a fulfillment center for Beauty and Truth Wrinkle Rewind Cream. You order a sample for free and then they send you a product at full price without you placing an actual order. When you try to contact the customer service number to get a return merchandise authorization number it puts you in a loop. The customer support email address tells you that you must call the number to get the return merchandise authorization number. Then come to find out they share the same shipping address. The man that answers the phone will not give you his name or email. HOW MANY REPUTABLE COMPANIES DO YOU KNOW THAT OPERATE THAT WAY. i plan to report them to the BBB, US Postal Service Inspection Service, and my credit card companies fraud agency. JUST WATCH OUT IN THE MEAN TIME!!!!!
