We received an invitation to a special event at AAA between November 9 –13th. So being new members we were excited to come to the event to learn about the exclusive member benefits only to be disappointed by the reception we got when we arrived on November 9th. We went to the closest AAA Tucson Office to our home at 6950 N. Oracle Road, 31 miles one way. The “concierge” at the front desk said he knew nothing about a special event for new members, quickly ran through a few services and kind of matter of fact dismissed us as though he didn’t want to be bothered. The invitation said come in and enjoy light refreshments and enter to win a $50 VISA gift card, none of which was offered. Needless to say, we walked away wondering why we wasted our time and gas money to come into this office. This is not the way to welcome new members.

Your people at the repair shop in Oro Valley were friendly and professional. You do not have a 5 star rating with me because we had to have a battery replaced and there is no battery replacement service for Marana AZ. So we got the car started and drove it to the shop. Why do I have to pay for a service I can't get. They will not come North of Tangarine road. You get a two star from me.

We are planning a road trip to the Wine Country and went to get a trip tic. All personnel were friendly and professional. Jessica made up a trip tic for us suggesting travel routes and asked if we needed tour books and maps and even took our pictures for renewing our passports which we need to do in the near future. A pleasant experience

Went to this location to purchase a new car. The office is very professional and courteous. I gave the car buying concierge the list of things I wanted on my car. He is currently searching dealerships in the southwest for the best deal, including lowest sales tax and promotional interest rates.

I look forward to planning travel with this office.

We were researching a trip to Las Vegas and were very impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable assistance we received from the receptionist and Ashley Young.

This AAA office helped me AGAIN with a trip for later this summer. Marni was very helpful and had my Trip-Tik prepared for me when she said she would. We look forward to a safe and pleasant journey!

I went into the AAA office for trip information to West Virginia and back. I was presented with a beautiful book of easy to follow directions and the state tour books. Thank you AAA.

This will be our third cruise that Deborah Coulbourn has arranged for us. Always a pleasure to work with her. Everything always runs as smooth as clockwork. Looking forward to our next great adventure. Thanks Deborah.
