HONEST and trustworthy are the staff here.👍🏾👍🏾 I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle🚗 worked on twice now and pleased are the results both times. The mechanics are well skilled, the front office staff are polite, efficient and value your business. It's great to have a full service mechanic shop that you can trust and afford. Their quality of repair is tip top! Their prices are VERY affordable! Our family can truly recommend this repair shop for future customers....😄

Work not complete on first come basis as promised. Wanted me to leave a show car overnight without insurance to cover any theft. Work should have been completed in the 10 hours they had but they did other work that came in after mine before it. Do not trust this business, D- BBB rating says it all.

New to AZ, I had been in Tucson for only three hours before I managed to rip off my muffler and tail pipe on one of Tuscon's surprise curbs. After attempting to take off the muffler of my RV myself I gave up and searched out a phone book. My first blind call was to AZ Radiator andMuffler. Richard, the manager, immediately assured me that they could come out and rig up my muffler and get me taken care of in no time, and said they would do whatever they needed to do to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Two mechanics came to where my camperwas disabled and got the muffler rigged up quickly. One of the gentlemen then drove my RV through the unfamiliar city's rush hour traffic to their shop. Although it was almost 5:00 when we arrived, Richard and another mechanic stayed late and replaced my muffler. I wasn't charged for the roadside call, the bill was amazingly low, andI was out of there by 5:20. I felt so lucky that I had found such a great shop! Thanks!

Great place for after market mufflers they let you here how each muffler sounds on your vehicle before installation. They are also very knowledgeable on every brand they carry which helped on my selection. Highly recommend!!!!

Excellent and affordable service. I was very pleased with how they were able to remove my dented and leaky radiator and replace it in only a few hours. I don't live in Tucson, but I was lucky in that I could take my car to be fixed quickly to get back on the road again. I had to have the tow truck take my car there - the South Tucson shop. I didn't need to go to the shop until my car was ready to pick up. I saved alot of money.

What lying, deceitful people these are. The manager, Richard tried to sell me all kinds of things I didn't need. My son going to mechanic school at Pima found the problem with a $7 part. They told me it would cost over $2000 to replace some computers and wiring. Just look into his eyes and you know he's lying. He won't even look at you. They charged me hundreds of dollars for nothing at all. They won't even give me my money back and they were wrong. And then when I got prices from even the dealership for the same repairs when I called around, even the dealership was hundreds of dollars less. Stay away from here
