This company was suggested by Christi's Appliance because the do not cover my service area. My dishwasher door and drying fan broke. Their service man looked at the dishwasher and proceeed to tell me because it wasinccorectly install ed he would take to responsibility for the repair warrenty. he proceeded to lecture me on what I needed to do before he returned with the needed parts in TWO WEEKS. I pointed out to him that Christi's an authorized GE Dealer did the install and recommended his company. His answer that not his problem, fix it be removing tile in fornt of the dishwasher or I will not do the repair. Needless to say a simple call back to Christi's and sharing the techs comments resulted their response " this is stupid" and offered to send one of their techs even though we are out of their service area. ATS also sent me a bill for $69 for the privilege for experiencing their jurk of a service tech.
