This is the worst store in tucson .they keep you on hold forever and when I talk about my warranty for my doctor dre beats the wireless beats she kept asking how much and which model I said they only make one style in the wireless beats she said which dre beats style the pros or the solos I said good by.

These techs are CLOWNS at best. I expected water to shoot out of their ties at any moment.

Save your money and be good to your blood pressure - go someplace else.

Absolutely horrible service. If you can get someone to answer your call, you're doing better than me. . If you like being told someone will assist you in 5 - 10 minutes and waiting 30 - you'll love these guys. If you like waiting 8 hours for a car alarm to be installed after being told it was a 3 hour job - give these guys a try!
