Community Provider of Enrichment Services (CPES) is a nonprofit agency that provides support services for customers throughout Arizona. The agency has several locations throughout the state, including one in Tucson, Ariz. Its customers historically have been children and adults with disabilities. CPES offers programs and support services, such as counseling, consultation and assessment; employment services; transportation; and case management. The agency s services are paid by several sources, including the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DES/DDD), the Community Partnership of Southern Arizona and private donations. David Harvey founded Community Provider of Enrichment Services in February 1980.
