Dr. Citrin is fine, but the fact that he hired such a horrible front office receptionist speaks volumes......she is horrifying. She's loud, harsh, rude, unhelpul, and misinformed. It's not worth dealing with her to get to Dr. Citrin. One phone call to the office and you'll know what I'm talking about....stay away..not worth the trouble.
