We've been talking our little Jeep Cherokee to Lloyd's since we got it. The take are of all our repairs, upgrades and drastic mods. We are always impressed with their knowledge, skill, and very fair quotes to get things right on the Jeep. If you call and get voicemail, it's cuz the guys are working hard. Keep trying. It's worth the wait to get through to them.

Being a woman, I despise going to mechanic shops. When I went to pick up my transmission, the son Daryl took the time to explain what had been done and never once treated me lesser than. This "mom and pop" shop has been around for a long time, for obvious reasons. I would recommend this business to anybody and everybody. It's nice to be treated with respect and without the typical condescending attitude I'm normally used to receiving at the large corporate mech shops.
