I had the scheduled pest-control visit from Ryan Gustafson today. He messaged to inform me of his imminent arrival, which I appreciate. He is reliable and communicates well. I have not been bothered by scorpions or centipedes since Ryan started treating my house. I am quite satisfied.

Jeremy was and is always professional and friendly. He makes sure I know he is there and asks about any issues I may need special attention with. He helps with the best way possible and suggests other options as well.

The other day, Patrick Tafoya(32397), was in the neighborhood doing another yard and he noticed we had ants in the front yard, due to the rain, he came to the door to let us know, said he would spray if ok ,said yes and he completed. It has been 4 years into our relationship with Cody and GreenSheild. Cody went above and beyond this past service. It was a very tome sensitive situation involving hornets coming into our home daily. He squeezed us to help us. Mind you he no longer preforms tech service, since his promotion. He climbed onto our roof and found two unscreened vents that have been housing nests for months. He was able to get rid of those and saw we also had several vents that were not screened. He will be returning to screen all of them. In addition to all of this we asked for termite bait stations as preventative treatment. In 24 hours he installed all of them. I asked him to pick my next service tech for our pest control maintenance. We are not here full time. I always feel GreenSheild is always there for us. Look no further, GreenSheild is the choice!
