Faxed in our order. A week and a half later did not hear anything. Called twice . Both times got their voice mail. Left message and still no call back. Finally talked to Tammy. She tried to help but said in order for a PO# we needed to fill out new paper work. Even after we had had an account before. Emailed customer service and never heard back from them. I guess they don't care about our business as long as they are doing good.
