It took a special business to restore not only my vehicle, but my happiness as a driver. I'm actually grateful now to the hit-and-run jerk who left no note after smashing my "safely" parked car - it forced me into action on not only that damage to the rear, but also, about old damage to the front (not my own doing either, but that I'd been living with a long time). Although Hood's is recommended by my insurance company, so are other places - that's not why I went. It was from seeing the remarkable, yet reasonably priced job on my ex's Prius after our dog had chewed on it - yes, really. Anyway, I told myself it couldn't hurt to at least get an estimate from them. The way they treated me, from that first visit, was WAY better than any previous shop. Warm, welcoming, respectful, reassuring... and would you care for a bottle of water? Long story short, at this clean, attractive facility, they do superb work, fast, and fair. Go ahead, hit me again! I know right where to go.
