I went in on Friday afternoon and was immediately pulled into the shop, no other customers were there. The service techs walked me and my mom into the office. The tech came in and started talking prices...he didn't ask what I was there for. Hum. I told him I wanted an oil change. I own a jeep wrangler and know it costs more but he said $90 for semi synthetic, &54 for regular oil. I told him he was crazy and I would take my Jeep else where. He informed me that they already dumped my oil. Now what company starts dumping your oil before you even tell them to do service. How did they not know I wasn't there for a tire rotation... After some intense talk I got my oil change done at a fair price. While waiting I looked up at their sign behind the front desk on the wall and noticed there are no oil change prices listed and now I know why. I remember a few yrs ago they use to meet you out front clipboard in hand and asked what service you want, and they told you how much before they worked on your car. How can you dump someone's oil before finding out if they can pay for it. Now I love my car but there is no way i am paying those prices and getting tricked into having to commit to an oil change. Ladies watch yourselves at this shop. CAM

Outstanding service at this location! I have been going there for several years now with no regrets. They are very professional, courteous, and efficient.
