I was looking for a scooter for my mother and wanted to make sure the one we selected was going to work for her. Med-Tech had over 12 in stock for us to test drive. The staff was very professional and patient with us as we made our decision. Once we selected the right model, they were able to deliver the same day. They have Good old fashion service that no one cares to provide these days.

When we bought a chair that was too big, we tried to exchange it, and because it was past 48 hours, we could not. The woman was very rude, escalating her voice, talking over me, and hung up on me. Very poor customer service, when something could have been worked out. Not flexible when there's a problem,not problem solvers. Unfortunately, they have lost a long-term customer.

I have been shopping at Med-Tech for a good time now, and have not been disappointed yet. They know their products and the field, they seek to provide meaningful assistance and advice, and go well beyond being merely helpful. They file for medicare and your insurance for you. They are well stocked, and in the one instance where they did not have what I was looking for, they assisted me by arranging a special order from the manufacturer for me at VERY reasonable terms. I am very happy with these folks.
