The woman who run our estate sale was incompetent and incomplete. She marked for sale only the large (expensive) items and made buyers wait in line to ask the prices of 100's of items. We ended having our own sale, and made more money than she did. She put lots of items outside in the sun in the summer, so people would have to touch very hot things if they wanted to buy them. She also sold several of her own things at the sale. Her employees during the sale were not very committed to making any money, as they took $14 from a friend of mine for about $27 worth of items.
