I am new to the area and was looking for a new pharmacy. I found this location to be slow, indifferent, and inefficient. Both prescriptions I had called in, took multiple calls and trips to fill. I went to the drive in window to pick up a prescription that had been called in a day ago. She said it wasn't ready, and that they had not received a call or a fax regarding it. I informed her that I was seated in the doctors consultation office when it was called in. Obviously miffed, she returned 30 seconds later to say, they had received it but there was a problem with it. When asked what problem, she said no pharmacist was in the pharmacy at present, and I should call back later. I called 1/2 later and was told all the prescriptions had been filled. Through out the interaction, with multiple employees, I felt I was treated rudely by people who didn't give a damn. My prescriptions run me about $5000 a year. Wave bye CVS. By the way, the smiling helpful people portrayed in the CVS commercials, have no basis in reality.
