Service was GREAT! People were extremely friendly and receptive. Time was more than fast! The price, WITH a discount, WOW, sticker shock!

Sirena Nuguid assisted us along with Chris. Great experience, no complaints at all. Went smooth from start to finish. Helpful, but not pushy.

Great experience. No pressure. Ryan is awesome! 2nd car at Acura of Seattle and it has been very good experience. I appreciate also the loaners and how people are just taken care of well.

There was a friendly exchange of sales reps as John Lee was called away to another customer. I felt comfortable with Ryan right away. I was able to look over the car with out feeling pushed. I really appreciated that. He was chatty and quiet in all the right times. I was able to get information and hear the car. I was able to extend the test drive and get a really feel for the car. At no time did I feel like I was asking to much. I would have liked more money off the price of the car but hey I know that is the way it works. Ryan was professionl and friendly. I was very comfortable with him.

Excellent, friendly, informative. We met Ed 8 days ago when we first stopped to look at the RDX. He was a real pleasure to work with and he was very nice and patient with my 2 young boys.

Jon was fantastic. Everything went smooth throughout. If there was one thing which i did not like in the entire experience, it was that was the price which went up by $100 from what was promised on phone.

one other feedback, the loaner that was given was so low on gas, that i could not even reach home from dealer ship !

Other than that, Great experience. I would definitely recommend Jon to my friends and would send them for their acura needs.

Acura of seattle really wants to earn your business and have a great customer service. Every one was polite, friendly and respectful, unlike acura of lynnwood. Hence my rating of 5/5 !

Hi Alex, this is Linda. We love the car. The drive back for me was a little nerve wracking with all the rain and it being dark,but the car handled great. We do want to thank you for taking all the time you did with us and yourno pressure attitude. That in itself made this such a pleasurable experience for us. Otherwise, wemay have left without the car. Thank you, Alex. When Bruce is ready for the Fiat, we will definitely get a hold of you.
