This is our first experience with Adaptive. Fred, our Technician was very communitive about when he would be there, when he arrived and before he left. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Very professional. Thank you!

Bob definitely deserves that bonus! With a new trainee in tow, he introduced himself and the trainee, and proceeded around the house pulling out spider sacs and treating doors, windows, and ventilation openings. He rang the bell again and told me what he had done and asked if I needed anything else. Job well done!

Kina did a great job and was very professional, even though my lawn guy showed up at the same time and got in her way a bit! Very friendly and went above and beyond by offering to treat our garage, which I didn't realize they did!

They do an amazing job. Their technicians are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Kina Aga was very professional, she amped up spider control for us by setting multiple traps. As well as, the whole servicing of the exterior house. She had maneuvered through my very messy garage. My dad passed away a month ago and we have been moving things like crazy from my dads home to our garage We have not yet been able to attend to our mess while cleaning out my dads home. We also have a room in the garage that recently had a water leak again everything has been in disarray. She took care to set the traps where needed. Thank you. Sincerely, Debbie C.

Tyler Moore did a great job in showing up on time and explaining to me why stink bugs are so prevalent this year. Also spiders. He sprayed inside and added a pesticide around the windows to repel and kill stinkbugs. Thanks Tyler!

Kina did a great job with our quarterly treatment. She was friendly and even offered to place traps in our garage when I mentioned we get a lot of spiders in there. Very happy with the service!

Jeremy with Aptive was very professional and friendly. He showed up on time and ready to help. He found wasps nests in the eaves of my house that I didn’t even know where there. I originally signed up with Adaptive just for the spiders plus the ants we have on occasion. Even the sales people were very nice and easy to talk to. I am very happy with the service and the people are exceptional. This is really a great value. I appreciate the hard work of all the employees I dealt with. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and help other people. Thank you!

I was well pleased with the way he handled the necessary requirements in protecting my home from pests, he was very pleasant and professional to work with and ensured that my home requirements were met.

5/26/18 We have used Aptive Services for almost a year now. We are extremely happy with their services. Between each quarterly treatment, if there is a problem between services they are quick to respond. We have found all their technicians to be friendly, courteous and professional. They make sure we understand what they did after each visit and emphasize that if there should be any issues to call immediately. Kina just did a retreatment as we found a couple of spiders in the house. She treated the inside as well as retreated the outside. There was no charge as we had just had a quarterly visit a month ago. This is the first time we have had an issue and were extremely happy with how quickly Aptive responded.

Just had our first service. The technician, Benjamin Carson was very thorough and professional, very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He explained the issues that he found and have us Advice and a choice of options for actions to take to remedy problems. Much appreciated. Impressed, hope future service is as good.

Very professional, informative, hardworking. We always learn something new, so enjoy them coming here. Always on time and if you discover a problem that comes up in between scheduled appointments, just call and they come out right away and fix it at no charge. Great personal company.

He was very knowledge he was very helpful and answer all my questions, he treat me with respect and offer to come back if we still have the same problem.

So glad Michael Jr. is the guy who takes care of my pest needs! He has a friendly demeaner and is very helpful when I ask questions. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy!
