I bought a set of cordless phones at the Target store in Tukwila WA. The box did not contain the batteries that were supposed to come with the phone set. The manager of the store refused to give me the batteries that are necessary to make the phones work. I cannot believe the low level of customer service that I received. I have called the central office to complain.

Although they may have great deals on most of the stuff you need, this Target store has terrible customer service. I called to get the pricing on Guitar Hero: World Tour and I was put on hold for about fifteen minutes. It would call the electronics department and then go back to the main menu and I would have to try it all over again.
