Horrible customer service. If you want to go to a place that treats you like an inconvenience and you like redness than this is the place for you. Mike was especially rude, short and extremely unprofessional. We will NEVER under any circumstances have any dealings with them and I highly recommend you take your business else where!!!

TERRIBLE customer service!!! Rude gentlemen that work down there could not even offer assistance when unhooking my trailer when I got there. They were all too busy to lift a hand or even offer assistance. I left my trailer there and told them what needed to be fixed, the water tank. They couldn't even give me a time as to when it might be ready; just the end of the week. Kinda vague if you ask me. I called after it was there for a day to check on it. The supervisor, Dwayne, said he would call me back with an update. I called back after an 1.5, since THEY never did. Then he put Mike on the phone, who was VERY rude!! He said they were working on it but didn't have an ETA, just the end of the week.....thanks Magic Touch for the GREAT service!! Wonder how much fun we will have when I go pick up the trailer.....I will never go here again and no should you. They are lucky it's Memorial Day weekend otherwise I would be taking my trailer elsewhere!! (to be continued)
