Always helpful. Very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. I've been to this business three or four times and have always been satisfied. New or old computers the guys here are easy to talk to and have had a solution for every problem I've encountered. I would recommend this business to everyone.

Excellent service. Quick and really reasonable prices. We were ready to purchase new computer but they fixed our locked up 5 yr old computer way under $100. So glad we called and tried them out. Any other issues comes
up needing technical help... they are our 1st call.

Very unhappy with the service. I was told that my computer would be ready in about a week. After nearly a month, I finally picked up my computer and it still wasn't fixed. They just kept giving me the runaround and I gave them chances to make things right and it's like they didn't care, they just wanted my money.

i am a local, who records music on my computer. We've all had that moment when our computer is old, and stops working. I was looking for a new computer, and needed one built to certain specs. I talked to some other computer businesses in town, but they seemed too busy to help, and treated me like an idiot because I didn't know a lot about computers. Then, I stumbled upon Tech ER. I could tell, right off the bat, that this place was just opening, because there wasn't a lot going on when I arrived. I was a little hesitant, considering my previous experience, but I talked to the new owner anyway. I'm so glad that I took my chances. He sat me down, and talked to me about my needs, and then proceeded to make them a reality. It was an awesome experience! He made me feel comfortable with my purchase, and welcome at his business. He was very helpful, and treated me like a real person. I would recommend this business to anyone with computer issues, or anyone who just wants a new computer, and great customer service.
