OK, so they don't have a true monoply anymore, but they still treat their customers as though they do. I think they are the worst business internet connection possible. I've had several of their competitors and in every case they have shown that Cox still tries to bully and over charge and when caught, they promised to correct it and credit or refund and then never did and used their line that they "can't because of company policy". What a joke. Coc deserves to lose all their business to Easytel and others that actually get that honesty builds long term, loyal customers.

Have had Cox Cable services for a number of years but added telephone and internet about a year ago. Very happy with the service and like having it all on one bill.
