Very honest and very helpful

I have been going to this place for a while. Tonight was very impressed by Jeff an employee there. They were closing and a guy was stuck there in his 67 mustang fastback starter going out. Jeff not only rang this up for the guy after hours but helped him get his car running again! With customer service like he gives, that store will ALWAYS have my business. Thanks Jeff!

This store has earned my customer loyalty. I went in to get my battery tested due to my vehicle requiring a jump start recently and an employee named Jeff tested my battery, alternator, and starter. The battery tested okay but wasn't fully charged, so he cleaned my battery posts at no charge and told me to bring the vehicle back later in the day and he'd test it again just to see if corrosion on the posts were keeping it from charging fully. He was very knowledgable and didn't make me feel intimidated or ignorant. I will definitely shop here again.
