Provided by YPmobileVerbally assuming a new medication I was trying to get authorized to fill, the lady saying abusing medications that I haven't even taken was very disrespectful and uncalled for!! I believe I deserved an apology, not a rude additude!! As a BSN I know about substance abuse and help people everyday with their problems!! Very uncalled for!!!
