Maybe ok for low end equipment but not hi-end stereo. I took an Audio Reserch pre amp for repair. He had to use 3 different techs and it took forever. I took it home and the mute switch had been bypassed. I called and he said I could keep it awhile and then bring it back for a fix. I called within the warranty period and he acted like he couldn't remember me. He didn't give me a receipt. $400 and it works well but no mute puts the speakers in danger of damage.

I called everywhere looking for a new belt for my record player. Once I found out AB&B could help me, I brought it in the next day where they fixed it right on the spot. It was quick, it was simple, and it was reasonably priced. Works perfectly now. Thanks!
