Provided by YP.comWe moved in our Richardson Home is December of 2009 and could not be happier. Its a great home and it was a pleasure doing business with such a friendly professional group of people. Its sad that the same two people make the same two complaints all over the internet. Theres a reason with this company has been in business for over 15 years. I strongly urge anyone that is considering building a home to give Richardson Homes a shot we shopped around for over one year and they were simply the best when it came down to quality and price combined!!! Also anyone that has ever had heat/AC problems know that after the first year its a parts only waranty just call any mechanical company.
