I can not say enough wonderful things about the service James provided me! My computer failed in the middle of an action, and I did everything I could (with advice from Google) to address the problem, to no avail. I found Digital Paragon with a quick Google search. When I called, James was incredibly generous with details regarding what the problem might be, various options for fixing it at my home vs bringing it in for service, and estimates of costs and timing associated. I opted to take the computer in, as it is a less costly method. James had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 8 hours. I am incredibly pleased with his service and recommend him highly! In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he is also genuinely kind and helpful.
