You can pick up some fresh Boudin links & Boudin balls or Shrimp Boudin links & Shrimp Boudin balls. Regular or Jalapeño Cheese summer sausage and many other fresh sausages. We offer skinning services for Deer & Wild Hog.!!! This year we have added some new smoke sausages to our list. Please take time to check them out below.!!! We are still offering you, our customers, the Hunting Community, a year round service. *During deer season we take in deer and skin 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. We do offer after hours service up to 10 pm, to take in or skin your wild game.
