Commenting on above review - we ALWAYS make several courtesy calls after a patient doesn't pay a bill for 3 months. That was done in this case and we document everything. I'm sorry this person doesn't recall us phoning them. We try everything possible to contact the patient before they go to collections, it's a last resort. We don't want to send people there. If this person would have contacted us we would've been happy to make an exception and make payment arrangements even though payment is expected on the date of service. We appreciate each and every one of our patients!!

My wife and I had been Dr. Podurgeil's patients and transferred to Dr. Trudeau when she took over his practice. We were ecstatically happy with how thorough and professional she was. The whole office is supportive and the quality of the work is always excellent. She does a remarkable job of keeping us informed about what she is doing and how she hopes to accomplish it and we are always more than satisfied with her work. We have retired to the South but still hope to coordinate our major work so that her office can perform it.

I really enjoyed going to dr. trudeau until she put me into collections for a $250.00 bill right before christmas time. I only got 2 statements in the mail in october/november before i was placed in collections. A courtesy phone call would have been nice before sending me out to collections, it was christmas time i was a little preoccupied with my three young children. very disappointed wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
