Friday, I took my laptop here due to my screen hinge was slightly loose on one side. Mr. Johnson stated he could fix it and would charge me $80.00. He did not have the part and said it would be in that Monday. After he serviced(to see what was wrong with it), while I waited) it and brought back out to me, the laptop was scratched up where he had opened it up. After getting it home
The mouse did not work. I took it back Saturday morning but he wasn't in yet and his associates looked at it for about and hour and came to a conclusion that the mouse wire/line had been disconnected. I was told to come back before closing at 4 and the mouse would be fixed. I got back, prior to closing and the mouse was back working but now the screen could not stand erect at all. The screen would fall down if you didn't hold it up. I told him the screen was in worst shape then when I brought it in but he didn't seem to care. This place do not know what they are doing and I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere for maximum competency. The repair cost me only $25.00 at Office Max.
