OUR MISSION At our tae kwon do school our mission is not only to make our students become good fighters and improve physically, but also to evolve emotionally and mentally, achieving a new level of discipline and being able to help any person that might need it. After some time the student will be able to defend themselves and develop not only in their martial arts training but in all aspects of their lives. FITNESS To be fit, one, most be strong not only physically but also mentally. To achieve this high level of fitness, our school works by concentrating in different groups of exercises. Cardiovascular exercises: this exercise improves stamina and expands the lungs, making the student have more resistance and energy for the rest of their day. Flexibility: Stretching is very important for reduction of injury and it's great to reduce stress, when it comes to fighting, its great for high kicks. This is a very big part on the Students fitness. Meditation: One very important part of your fitness is the mental aspect. Meditation helps you relieve stress, improves your concentration and it might help you find the answer to many problems you might have. Why us?
