Wife's paper work was turned in with plenty of time to spare but this office failed to enter all information to continue Benifits. Took 3 months before she received Benifits again and then it was missing our kids Benifits and after 5 months of telling them to fix the problem Benifits are still not being deposited. Their favorite line is be patient and wait. Living month to month with bills coming in and money not make it difficult to be patient and wait. Especially when it's their fault not ours the Benifits stopped. They dropped the ball not us.
