This place is a plague I would not wish on my worst enemy.
I got the joy first of sitting for over 3 hours, then I got to sit in a room for about 45 more minutes before anyone saw me. I got to have my eye flushed and get a prescription for my eye infection which serves the reason I wanted to go.
The lady welcoming people was cold, unhelpful, and grossly misinformed about the patients she was being paid to help.
I now have a 96$ bill for the incredibly horrible service.

I have refused to pay smaller bills for lesser crimes. This place takes the medical system and jumps up its rear end with a jagged club.

I will NEVER go to this or any westside medicenter again.

I have never been so disappointed in my life. They are disorganized making patients wait over 2 hours to be seen for a dot physical. They don't have the preparedness to accept your insurance, and you to pay. Then you have to do their job and send it to your insurance company. The temp is 80 in the office and ten they tinker they have the right to be rude when you are upset with the less than reasonable or adequate service. I haven't even seen the Dr yet, so I have yet to see any expertise.

I was turned away 3 weeks in a row, because they are so over booked to get a CDL physical that is required to drive.! They have 2 locations and should have CDL certified doctors at both locations. not just one.

Always quick and ready when I walk in.. within 10 mins of waiting and I am seen. Reason i'm giving a 3 is because this site doesnt have their new hours. Their hours Mon-Fri are the same, however the new weekend hours are Sat-Sun 10am-6pm. Found that out when i drove down there at 6:15pm.

Taking forever, patients that came in after me got care first. Very frustrating..
