My name is Greg Hansen.

After a prior surgery, I was wheelchair bound pending my recovery. Unfortunately, on January 9th 2014, while traveling in my wheelchair on a local sidewalk, I was hit by a car. This was a particularly stressful time in my life and this made matters compound. As a result, I accumulated many medical bills including an ambulance ride to a hospital, emergency room, attending physician etc. I was left physically and emotionally inept as my three year statute of limitations to file a civil action crept up.

I brought this matter to attention of the Law Office of Jeff Whalley, founder of Whalley Law. I was very grateful that Jeff decided to take my case. He took the time to summarize what would probably take place and answered any and all questions I could come up with. As matters progressed, Jeff's paralegal Erin, worked diligently with me and was always available when Jeff was in court.

Just over a year passed when we had a settlement agreement with the other party, and a check in our hands. My financial recovery was substantially more that I expected and just as important, Jeff and his office is undoubtedly the most honest and trustworthy law office I could ever expect.
