NOT A SUPER STORE AT ALL BUT A SUPER HEADACHE! This place is nothing but a SUPER HEADACHE and doesn't not offer any exchange or refund from anything bought store (there is no sign stating - ALL SALES FINAL EITHER).



I bought a membership 3 weeks ago decided that night i did not want to be on a contract for $720. Called the salon that same night asking to cancel . They said they do no returns at all in store but to Email corporate office personal Jess Bond from from Home Business Corporate Office. Till today i have not received my cash refund of $135 and was told i was not a able to exchange or return the lotion that they charge me for at $35.00 as another set up for my membership (WOW!) That same lotion on amazon was $15!!



A store has return and exchange policy and a actual customer service you can speak to.



Mr. Jess Bond has no phone but only communicates thru email weeks later.

This place is not gonna last long with this kind of customer service.



DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND AS FAR AS MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS TAKE JUST AS LONG.
