This was the worst experiance I have ever had at a salon. Six people sat around talking very loudly to my operator in Spanish like they were at a party or something. Not to mention the TV blaring on a Spanish station. My hair was hacked. I was told it will take at least six months and four hair cuts to work this out. One side was visably one inch longer than the other. In the back when you lifted up a four-inch portion you found anywhere from 1/4 inch to an

inch-long hacks right next to each other. The operator that tried to fix it said that there was no way this was just a bad haircut, that it had to be done maliciously. I believe this was a hate crime racially based.

ingredients are fresh and they give you so much it is hard to close the lid. Super, keep up the good work.
