I am an elderly woman who had an issue with my car. I pulled into Ben's tire and went inside; the office is very beautiful first of all. Very clean and I even noticed men vacuuming. Impressive! There a was a younger man named Chase that helped me. He was very kind and very respectful, he had wonderful manners and such a great personality. Mr. Ben even came and introduced himself personally to me. Those men had my car back in top shape in no time at all. I would like to thank Mr. Ben and Mr. Chase for their help. I was not sure what to expect, but I will be coming back for all my needs. I was very impressed with the work that was put in, the manners I received as an older woman, and the respect for the two men I personally ran into today. Good job to everyone at Ben's tire!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable snd trustworthy

I took a trip to Valdosta from Tampa and my radiator blew. Ben was able to work me in on a Monday morning and get my truck fixed before lunch. Great customer service all around. Thank you!
