Provided by YP.comBlanton Common looks good on the outside, but the operations leaves much to be desired. They do not respond to service calls promptly. After I complained about the utility overage costs, a member of the staff said "most students" have utility overages. When asked if the apartment utility bills were itemized, the financial director did not respond. So there is virtually no way for residents to dispute overages. There are really too many negatives to mention.
