These folks really know their business, and provide excellent customer care and service. Selection of bikes and accessories are beyond exceptional. So, if you are looking to get started, or already an avid enthusiast, you'll be pleased that you stopped in and checked Performance Cyclery out

Love this shop! The staff was very helpful and even custom built a bike for my son on the spot. The sales rep was very helpful and I never got the feeling that he was pushing for a higher sale. He even delivered my bikes to me after he got off work because they wouldn't fit in my car. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

I've purchased bikes, accessories, and service from Performance over the years and while I occasionally had concerns, the staff have been responsive to my follow up when something went wrong (e.g. requested something be looked at and fixed, but it fell through cracks). Ideally no follow up would be needed. Still, they have great selection particularly for gear and accessories and great sales from time to time. Some simple tweaks to their customer service processes and better attention to detail would go a long way. Overall "medium well"; and I will continue to shop there, but not exclusively.
