Simply the best place in Vallejo to jave your storega unit at, each unit has an alarm that deactivates when you enter gate code to come in on activates when you open the gate to leave. No complaint at all, been with them for some time and nothing has been a low point ever. Recommended beyond 100%

The staff is very accommodating and professional. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Alicia and Carrie have been a pleasure to work with. The facility is very secure and clean. Getting in and out is simple. I’d recommend their business to anyone looking to find storage in Vallejo.

My first impression of the location... clean !! Walked in thru the door and the customer service professional but friendly, the agent that I signed my contract, very personable and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner but not rushed. He explained everything to me, showed me where my unit was at .

This is a clean, safe place to be early or late in the day. The staff has been extremely helpful each time I have come to the office with concerns and questions. Is the only storage place I'll ever use, best staff, best security, alarms, codes use, very clean, great pest control etc. Just knowing my stuff is truly safe and secure make my life a whole lot easier. I will never use any other storage place ever. HIGHEST FIVE STAR RATING EVERY!!!!!!!!

Awesome. Actually renting a unit here probably took less than 15 minutes, but I’ma talker so it probably could have been quicker. Super friendly staff “Carrie and Alycia”, when the day came to actually move my stuff in, I forgot to get a lock, and they provided one for me. The facility is kept very clean and secure. I don’t have any worries about my stuff. But I stay there because I like the people. Business has become so impersonal, it’s nice to have a very human touch, and I believe it to be a two way street. Keep it up ladies! See you soon :-)

Alicia and Carrie are doing a fantastic job at managing the property! The facility is always clean and secure. Those individually alarmed doors give me peace of mind! Their customer service is top notch also, I would definitely recommend this site. Keep it up ladies 5 stars!!

Alicia was very nice and helpful. Thank You! I was able to get a unit ASAP and at a great price with no extra fees. The unit was clean and Carrie even called me to let me know I didn't lock it fully and a week later everything was still there.

I have been with this storage facility for a while now, and they are always so kind to me. I went through a financial rough patch, and the manager was really informative and kept me updated with my storage unit and helped me resolve the issue when I came into a better financial situation. I never have any issues there, it feels really safe and secure, and I love knowing that there’s someone on the premises all the time.
