Well I used to be a movie critic and I have never tried to be a breakfast critic, but here goes nothing! I really like "Eggs Benedict!" I have ordered them in probably over 200 various restaurants and the best that I can say is that "I really like Eggs Benedict!" some places I absolutley hated their "Eggs Benedict," Like if the over cook the eggs and the yokes are like yellow playdough both in appearance and flavor and I was a kid once and so I would know! But Le Peep in Valparaiso makes Eggs Beniedict that I actually love...they take the care to make them properly and they do not leave them under a heat lamp...cooking extra! The staff is very kind and courteous and I really wish they were open now, because I am starving!!!!!!!!!!
