They were very nice when we made appointments, but when we had a billing problem beware! They charged us for a service we did not request or authorize and they refuse to reimburse us. Their reasoning was that they would have to reimburse too many people!
Also we have been waiting for at least 6 weeks for them to reimburse us for the services we did receive that our insurance covered. They initially charged us for the whole amount before submitting it to insurance. It was a simple biannual cleaning and xrays that are covered by our insurance 100%. Don't let their initial friendliness fool you!

The staff is so friendly and Dr. Hradek is a wonderful dentist who makes sure everything is done with the highest standards! They are great with children too!
