I live in Encino, about 5 miles from the UPS Center in Van Nuys. Three times in ten days, I've gotten an email saying a package was due to be delivered, and given a delivery window. UPS website said the package was out for delivery. Each time, the package didn't make it to my house on the day promised. COVID-19 was given as the cause (on the website). If it made it on the truck three times, and didn't get delivered three times, how exactly did COVID-19 impact my delivery? The driver was stricken in the middle of the day? Or perhaps, UPS just consistently plans routes poorly?

Their concept of customer service is pretty silly: Repeat exactly what the customer can read online. They never apologize for a package being late. Completely opaque and arrogant.

If you are going to ship into or out of the San Fernando Valley, DO NOT use UPS. We dropped them from our business 18 months ago, and have gotten superlative service using USPS Priority Mail -- and saved 30%.

If ZERO STARS were available, that is the rating UPS would get from me!

very bad service !!! any one ifg need send the packet or send the gift, do not send with them UPS, VERY SLOW DELIVERY, TAKE LONG TIME TO PICK UP !!! BAD COMPANY !!! NO THANKS !

Awful Service. I don't know how they get by when they lie about dropping off my package. First time they said I wasn't on the Directory. Second time someone came to my door and said drivers have the key to enter our condos. Third time I gave an incorrect address and that they put a infonotice on my door. Fourth time that they stopped by and no one was home(No signature needed). I work At home Purposely when I know I'll be expecting a package. My name is in fact on the Directory, I've never received an infonotice,I've been home waiting ALL day for these packages, And I have copies of all information given when giving out my correct address. I am sooooooo overwhelmed by their customer service.
