They overcharge for everything, including their invoices (5 dollars extra to have an invoice sent). I set my payments on automatic through my bank. One month, after being on time for 2 years, my bank didn't send them a payment. I received a notice in the mail when I was late 11 days stating that I now owed them an additional 64 dollars. $64 for a late fee? You have to be kidding me! The notice they sent me was very threatening, if I didn't pay them they were going to discard the items in storage and then charge me for the clean up fee. It was incredibly rude of them to send that to a customer that was habitually on time with payments. When I called, the management was rude and uncompromising. I explained that I was on auto pay and the payment wasn't sent by accident, all they said was that I am contractually obligated to pay them the fees I have incurred, claiming there was no way or them to wave the $64 fee. This was one of many instances proving how unethical they are. Look Elsewhere

i like this place. the staff is helpful and friendly! ive never had a problem with them.

Keeps getting better?!?!There's no way that other review is an actual customer experience. These guys are unhelpful in general and across the board rude.

I've had a storage unit with Key Storage for five years and it just keeps getting better. The staff is very helpful and the facility is always clean and very well maintained. I'd rather give my business to a locally owned business vs. the big national guys!
