This is one of those C-stores that puts signs on their hot food warmers that say" If you touch the item, you must purchase it, due to health concerns" That is a HUGE red flag,, as a customer cannot tell if the food is stale or not, without touching the wrapper, or picking it up to look at it. This is how a store eliminates the expense of throwing out stale items that have been on the warmer too long.

There are enough customers going back and forth accross the state,especially with all the oil workers,etc. that a business should not have to resort to such tactics to increase profits.
