These are pictures of my son’s head after being brutally assaulted by one of their employees while we were getting our car washed yesterday!! Management’s handling of this serious situation has been totally incompetent, be very careful if you go to this facility!!

On 9/20/14, I visited Sparkling Image car wash in Ventura on Johnson Dr. I was only going to get my car washed but had some issues due to tree sap and bird droppings. I was dismayed when I pulled in BUT... much to my surprise, they actually listened to my concerns, offered me an upgraded car wash (a little more expensive) and my goodness, my car looks better than when I first purchased it. I will NEVER go anywhere else to get my car washed. They got all the problems taken care of. My car shines! I am so happy I had to tell everyone I can.
