Expert haircut and fast friendly service

I am sitting in great clips right now. I called an hour ago and asked for an appointment. I was told that there was no need, and that they didn't do appointments. Just walk ins. I figured, "well last time it wasn't a quality haircut anyway, so I guess this is more like a fast-food business model, regular price, low quality but convenient.

So I got here about ten minutes ago and the first thing I saw was a sign that read "Now you don't have to wait fir us, we'll wait for you." When I was told about the wait, I said "I called in..." She informed me that you by using a phone app I could make an appointment... the computer does it automatically.... And I ask myself, why can't I just call in and she can do it automatically.

Expensive hair cuts.

Low quality.

Poor service.

Long waits, even if you call ahead.
