I have no idea of the cleaning ability - I bought a Groupon for $49 and called to schedule. Marc refused to come out and do the Groupon services unless I paid him another $184 for additional cleaning. He complained that it wasn't worth his while to come out only for the Groupon price.

Agreed to price over the phone. Scheduled an appointment. He rescheduled, then never showed up on the reschedule day or even called. I waited a week....and then washed the windows myself.

Not worth the money. Thought I'd try a new company but definitely not worth it. Was over an hour late then argued with me when I said there were dirty water drops all over the floor and sills and drip marks down the sides of almost every window.

The job completed was below average - I needed to follow him around to wipe up the drip marks left of the windows and remind him to clean the sill between the window and the screen.
