Dr. Sean Hesselbacher is truly the way all doctors should be. He is genuine and as a patient, I can tell he sincerely cares. On the patient portal, when I write a question or concern to him, it's actually Dr. Hesselbacher who responds vs. a nurse or an assistant. In addition, Dr. Hesselbacher even calls when I have questions vs. having a nurse or assistant call. I know doctors are busy and to have him be the one who personally responds to my emails or phone calls means more than words can express. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
