I was very impressed with the technicians who assessed and repaired our dryer. I don't remember the first gentleman's name, but Ben was the one who came to fix it. He was courteous, polite, and understanding. There was confusion about the expected time, and he made sure to accommodate my schedule. Thank you Ben! One of the few HW companies I would want to work with again.

This company sub-contracts for a home warranty service. The warranty contract guarantees a 48 hour response to service requests, but this business does not honor the contract. They refused to return calls for two days past the date of the service request, and then when they finally called, said that they would be out in three more days. This was for a home with a malfunctioning refrigerator, and no food. Guy on phone was very rude. Stay away!!!!
