In addition to hearing loss requirements we work together to determine cosmetics, physical limitations, cost considerations, etc. to determine what amplification is best for you. To assure your satisfaction a 30 day full refund trial period is provided with all fittings. If the particular amplification we have provided you is not satisfactory during your trial we can even switch you to another style, circuit, brand, or whatever else is necessary to get it right.
